Richard Lynch Consulting are recruiting a Front Office Manager for a busy 4* Hotel in Limerick City. The main purpose of the Front Office Manager role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office department and its team by directing and managing all operations and employees to obtain the highest quality of service. This will ensure all the hotel's guests' requests are met at all times by offering excellent customer service while maximising revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office department.

  • Direct and manage all operations and employees to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to customers.

  • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and that their journey is memorable and exceeds expectations.

  • Enthusiastically lead and motivate the team to deliver personal, customer-focused standards.

  • Ensure rate adherence, cross-selling, and up-selling targets are met.

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service.

  • Provide flexibility in shifts, incorporating morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have permission/right to live and work without restriction in Ireland.
